Was able to get a same day service and that should have let me know not to book. I requested twist but asked for the first inch to be braided because I wanted the extra security. It was braided like someone who just learned. There are huge knots at the beginning of the braids. The style was nothing like I asked for and by the end of the night more than half of the twists have come unraveled. $200 wasted. I will never go here again. I had an amazing experience at Pretty hair braiding . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was professional and friendly. The stylist took her time to make sure my braids were neat, even, and exactly how I wanted them.
