When I tried to redeem a gift certificate for $48 for a manicure and pedicure, these people would not honor it...they said that they were "under new management" and they would not do it....I expressed the belief that usually businesses honor the gift certificates, but they simply would not do it...it doesn't expire until Dec. 24, 2012, so it's not expired, and there is no other reason not to honor it...it shows a lack of care for their customers and the community!
