What I wanted vs. what I got 💅🏾. Tracy eats every time never disappoints at all and I’m always satisfied. I’ve been using this nail since 2018 when I moved here 4rm Chicago and at 1st Jimmy was the only one who I trusted w/my designs and application of the acrylics but for the past 3yrs it’s been Tracy. The staff is always friendly but Tracy is the best she’s patient and always kind. But they have a lifetime customer. I am extremely disappointed. I showed Tracy a picture of what I wanted. A pretty simple thin French manicure. I told her I didn't want my nails short. I stopped her a couple of times as she was working to express my concerns, but it still looked completely different from the picture. Then, when I pointed this out, she told me the picture was a different shape than what she'd given me. My nails are short and look awful. This is not the place.
I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH TRACY SHE DID SUCH A GOOD JOB WITH MY TOES AND HANDS I WILL BE BACK FOR SERVICE IT WAS AMAZING !!!!!!! Thanks so much again
