Tried to call and inquire about a treatment the associate had to knowledge about anything regarding it. So they had someone give me a call back to answer my questions. Lisa returned my call and barely answered any of my questions she kept referring me to book a consultation online. Horrible first impression I don’t even want to pursue services now.

Had to come back as I had a great experience the first time. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Harris explained everything thoroughly and explained several options based on my goals. I’ll be back a third time!
Ghosted me for a scheduled virtual appointment and never followed up. Wasted over two hours of my time. Communication is chaotic — too many phone numbers, platforms, and systems, making it unnecessarily confusing. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. Keep it moving they are unorganized and could care less about you or your time. Very ATL coded. RUDE!!
