I had a wonderful experience at Pretty Faces. The customer service and professionalism was amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable. I look forward to retuning for my next visit.
This is the problem I have with black businesses. The professionalism and follow through for this business is lacking. I get a text the other night from an unknown number saying they were cancelling my appt due to the winter storm. Which is understandable. But I have yet to get a call to reschedule. And I would call to reschedule myself, but they never answer the phone. So I’m good. No thank you!
