Very professional and pleased with the services I received.
The customer service is amazing! She did great handling my daughters. I'd give her a 5 star but I was not informed on the fact that she works out of her apartment (no biggie, but it was a shock for us.) I was also under the impression that by taking my daughters to a professional piercer then we'd avoid those awful little guns that places like Claire's uses.
