I paid over $85 for a builder gel set, and one of my nails cracked and broke in less than 24 hours. The gel was applied far too thin, which clearly compromised the durability of the set. When I returned the very next day expecting a simple repair, I was shocked by how I was treated. Instead of standing behind their work, the staff told me they would not repair the broken nail and that I would have to pay for an entirely new set. Completely unacceptable. Tried this place for the first time and won't be returning. The set looked good walking out of the salon, but in the first week a nail broke and I had to go in to fix it. She wasn't even apologetic. By the second week one completely fell off. I didn't even bother going to get it fixed. It doesn't matter the look of the set if it doesn't last! Poor quality.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, like ever. I got 3 sets in total over the course of 3 months ONLY BECAUSE I'm new to the area and had no idea where else to go, (I highly recommend GLOSSY LUX NAIL AND SPA 7 mins away) but the last set at pretty and perfect was my last straw. The first 2 acrylic sets I had to return the same week to have a couple nails fixed because they were done too thin and broke off, regardless I tipped $10 on my $85 set.
