I made two appointments. The first time they cancelled by appointment so I rescheduled. The second time, they canceled my appointment the morning of. The appointment was for my daughters birthday with 2 other girls. This business completely ruined our birthday plans with the last minute cancellation. Very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this business.

This was the coolest place and we will definitely come back again. My daughter and her friends had the time of their lives. The Princess Staff was top notch and kept the kiddos entertained the whole time. I can't give this place enough credit. Best girls day around!!!
I have been trying for months to redeem the gift certificates I bought for my neices. I have left several voicemails and stopped by during their "open" hours. I was told when I bought the certificates that they prefer appointments be made online. If you want online appointments the certificates should have a number on them so that you don't have to pay an additional deposit to make an appointment. I hope once their appointment gets made the girls have a great experience because this has been a headache.
Canisha, you made my niece’s spa day magical! She felt so special and she loved the entire experience! We arrived to bubbles in the lobby and such a warm welcome! Everything was effortless and fun. The little details like the cupcake and pulling out her chair made her feel like a princess! Thank you!
