Beautiful homes unfortunately extremely shady business practices. I would find a different neighborhood or home unless you’re buying cash. I’m in the real estate industry and we went under contract on a home in here and within days canceled the contract because of the lies and deceit being used by the builder and preferred lender.
Landmark crafts some amazing and unique homes. Their neighborhoods are well equipped and well thought out. Everyone I have met with the organization has been superb. I would recommend them highly.
Beautiful neighborhood! I love the new houses going up. I just fear how far it will go! I like that this part of town is country and you can jump into city easy. This area having a touch of Gods Country is what makes it such a nice refreshing place. The new home owners will love it. And black men middle and high school have the best team for your kids!
