Good neighborhood, but quality of homes are by far some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Issue after issue after issue!
Decently constructed homes but awful when it comes to controlling the HOA board. At our Davenport Station subdivision Century Communities still controls the board. Residing homeowners in our community have been dealing with a lot of owners renting out their homes to migrant families who are then sub-leasing out rooms to 4-5 different families. Pretoria Falls is a nice community, location is great and very quiet community. I appreciate Tatianna as she assisted me before purchasing my home. She made sure all of my questions were answered and any paperwork I needed was sent to me without delay. She is friendly and just very easy to work with.
