Decently constructed homes but awful when it comes to controlling the HOA board. At our Davenport Station subdivision Century Communities still controls the board. Residing homeowners in our community have been dealing with a lot of owners renting out their homes to migrant families who are then sub-leasing out rooms to 4-5 different families.
