By far the rudest receptionist ever. I am a self pay and calling on a price and she refused to assist. The doctors should know shes pushing business away.
Dr. Ajesh Parikh was professional and amazing! I felt so comfortable. He didn’t try to up sell me, even offered some reasonable solutions to my ongoing teeth problems! If you want a fresh new look at what the possibilities are for your teeth- I feel confident recommending him.
The rudest receptionist I have ever experienced in my life. Called to make a routine dental cleaning and she kept cutting me off asking me questions as I tried to spell my last name for her. Turns out there is two offices in Elk Grove and I mistakenly called their office. When I asked if she had the number for the other office since when I searched online this is the number that popped up, she hung up the phone on me. Terrible.
