Horrible customer service, snotty, rude lady that just answered the phone was not helpful at all, you could tell she was in a bad mood when she answered the phone, she shouldn't be in customer service.
Upstairs neighbors are rude and their kids knock on the floor different hours of the night. I have filed a complaint in the past but nothing has not changed. They wait for the apartment manager to leave at 5pm to start their malicious activities. They need to place sound deadener between the floor upstairs and the ceiling downstairs because this is horrendous. These apartments need to be updated. RecommendedLove the screened in 10ft porch and the room for laundry and some storage. I would like a better view but I am happy with everything else. The only negative is the snow removal leaves a lot to be desired considering it is Senior Living. Need to have snow removed in a MUCH more efficient manner!
