I have lived in this apartment for a little over 3 years. I am giving bad ratings not because the place is not safe. The place and the area are very safe, neighbors were very good and the apartment is few minutes from the GSP airport. However, I had issues with Kristen Cahill, the current manager. She is very rude and very unprofessional. Previous managers like Allison Kirtz and Laura Decker were very responsive, respectful and very professional.
