Horrible experience from the building process to close. Project Managers try and bully homeowners to keep them from visiting there home during the process. We found multiple violations during this time. They also didn't plot the lots correctly once Homes were being built. Fences were built over property lines in empty lots. Drainage in backyard is terrible. Definitely don't recommend them. So it is now a year living in a Fischer home. I've lived in this community since the very beginning(2019). I have 3 children and I can honestly say this community isn't kid friendly at all. They have a measly 3 hole Frisbee golf and a very small child's playground ( hopefully you don't have children that are older than 3 because they become too old for the playground quickly). The pool is getting very close to being too small for the community. Last yr (before all the new homes went up like crazy) we couldn't get a table at the pool.
