They only shown up twice, the nurse would come later around 7pm and acted like he didn't want to give services, do not use this company if you don't have to.

in reference to my previous review, which google doesn't want to allow me to make any changes. in all fairness to both the company and CELISTINA. MY caregiver and i pulled all the documents necessary and have banded with Prestonwood in order to resolve the issues. Hopefully everything will resolve favorably for all parties involved preserving the integrity of each. So, thanks be to Celistina for going to bat for her workers and patients. This is the worst agency ever.the supervisor John is very ignorant and unprofessional and doesn't care about the clients whatsoever he doesn't even know what the basic duties of the attendants are that are required to perform light house keeping duties even after making several complaints to this agency about the continuous verbal abuse by the attendant named Helen who is an argumentative uneducated attendant that yells and screams at her clients if she can't have her way and is unwilling to adapt to the clients environment,... read more

I have been a client of theirs for over 7 years. It has been through many changes. From the patient point of view. They have been great. They've lost a really exceptional worker Tammy, but have many other great ones. However from an employee point of view. You had better keep all your clocking in and outs time sheets and document your clients hospital stays and e. r. visits for up to ten years or you just might get stiffed for several thousands of dollars.
