1st I Would like to Thank Ms. Valerie she took off with skatea on, to accommodate,My Ms. Sister.Any question asked she always assured me that, she will make sure everything will be taking care of in a timely manner.The Nurses,Ms. Regula , Ms. Francis & Mr. Chris all have made life easier when,it come to My sister.I thank God That Prestonwood Home health Care Is A Part Of,Our Family. Beware!!! do not.. I repeat do not hire this company to care for yourself or anyone you love! They send people who are not experienced! My son had such bad wounds his legs had to be amputated the caregivers at Prestonwood sent were lazy and would NOT turn him knowing my son was paralyzed. They would leave early sleep on the job stay in their car on the clock. This company needs to be shut down! Asap
Dr. Fernandez and his staff have been amazing. I highly recommend this practice.
