First i want to give the props. the maintenance team is great, they’re on it. The front office has been professional, both Adrianna and Brian have been proper in their communications with me. As a whole, not too happy with my experience here. I could pay this exact price somewhere else and have a MUCH better gym, a pool that is open for most of the year instead of closed for most of the year, and i have NEVER had an apartment CHARGE you for visitors parking. Muy buenos y bonitos apartamentos, un lugar tranquilo para vivir con todas las comodidades, Adriana la manager muy amable muy linda persona muy calida me ayudó en todo lo necesario para los requisitos de como obtener mi apartamento Bryan muy amable me ayudó con todo el papeleo, pagos aplicaciones etc. En general muy buenas personas para trabajar les recomiendo este lugar!
WORST PLACE TO LIVE! Horrible experience the entire time. Buildings are outdated and pest control is non existent. They will mark maintenance orders completed and NEVER CAME TO THE HOUSE. I WORK FROM HOME so I’m there 24/7. They will come into your house unannounced and leave no notice that they’ve entered. Which is illegal. Brian is horrible doesn’t follow up ever. Adriana is just as bad. They have big HUGE NASTY ROACHES and you cannot stop them from coming in your house because the doors aren’t sealed at the bottom so anyt... read more
Bryan and Adrianna have been very helpful and understanding with me these past two years I’ve been renting with them. Whenever I stop by the front office with an issue they help me solve and fix them.
