I recently had a repair issue for my A/C and Heat. My maintenance request was handled promptly by the office, assigned to maintenance, and he was professional, polite and did very neat work including cleaning up the work area after the repairs, which was very much appreciated.
Prestonwood apartments home it’s an amazing and beautiful place to live. The management are awesome. The manager at the front office is a wonderful person with a good heart with all her team. I have been living here for couples of years and I have no regrets. This is a good, secure and calm environment to live. ❤️💙
I’ve had a really bad experience with Prestonwood Apartments. I came in to pay my deposit at the exact time I told the office I would be there, and they even agreed to it. Yet, I still had to wait over 30 minutes in the hot August sun before anyone helped me. The worst part is that we didn’t even end up getting the apartment we signed the lease for.
