Preston's Petals was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding! My flowers were absolutely beautiful—everything I hoped for and more. Allie was so personable, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. On wedding day, Allie and her team did an incredible job setting up all of the florals, and everything looked stunning. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Preston's Petals to any bride!
I ordered 3 arrangements, the total was close to $300. 1 order was perfect 1 order was just left at the door and unfortunately wasn’t discovered until the next day, I wish I hadn’t tipped the delivery person when I ordered. The 3rd order is where the negative review is derived. Ally sent an email at 4:30 pm and followed up with a phone call a few minutes later. She said she called a couple times which is false.
