This is a great company to work for! They really care about their employees and the kids that they help.
The speech therapists always have an excuse as to not show up. I've talked to them several times and they love to charge for a 30 minute session only to be there 25 minutes. If you dont speak up, they wont stay there the full 30 minutes. The first therapist named Katie was very punctual but sadly she couldnt see my son anymore. I have to say, this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. On the day of my appointment, the specialist messaged me just one hour before to say my insurance was on hold, but she had no idea why. She canceled the appointment, assuming my insurance would expire, which made no sense. I had to call the office to find out what was going on, and later I was told it was a technical issue on their end. Then, we tried again for my son's appointment on Thursday. My son’s speech therapist randomly quit one day months ago and my son still doesn’t have a speech therapist. His occupational therapist doesn’t even speak to me at all to give me his progress I forget she even goes to see him at all only because daycare will mention that she came by to see him. I am very unsatisfied with these services they do not prioritize the kids
