They were so nice!! Especially Kylie !! She stayed in contact with me through my entire process. Very nice management and knows everyone’s name. Great community and even better apartment. 10/10! I’m happy to be able to live there soon.
Honestly a 2 star review is being gracious. I haven't had too many issues while living here the last year; broken lock that was quickly fixed, sup par water quality that I was able to get a filter for, a couple of bugs at the beginning that were treated and are now gone. Had I written this review back in November I probably would have given 4 stars; however, since late December I have notified the complex that neither my heat nor AC works. I’ve move in August I really bless to live here I enjoy my time here I love how Britney took me through the process of the application and also follow up with me . I appreciate how Preston trails up keep there place. I can’t forget the maintenance guys even though I put in for every little things lol. I will be renewing my lease when ever it up I enjoy being here. The rooms are big thank you Preston Trails
Preston Trails & their employees are unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. I had come from out of town & had booked an appointment with Preston Trails to see some properties I was interested in potentially renting. They had great, thorough follow-ups & reminders of my appointment via text & email. Then, when I arrived for my appointment, no one was there. If I could give this place a 0 I would. 2 weeks into my daughter moving in she had a major flood in her apartment due to a pipe bursting. The only thing they did was clean the carpets. It still smells like mildew in her apartment. We’ve asked that they move her at this point and it’s still a bunch of run around. She’s had. Broken mailbox since moving in so she’s unable to get mail.
