Asked for a 1000 USD deposit for a car to be available in "a few days", bait and switched for 2 months out, and refused to return deposit. Do not give them a deposit. Edit: the "we'd like to contact you to resolve this" reply on this post is there to make it look like they are. They don't bother to reply to any contact attempt. Edit2: manager ninja edited his reply. He claims that I agreed to wait for a month. He is a liar. The deposit was sighed for a particular VIN for a car that was located at another dealer (supposedly) ... read more
Excellent experience today getting my RAV4 serviced & inspected. Wait time was not long, and the staff was so kind.
I had an older car with complicate misfire issue. Mike and the technicians did a great job working through the issue and keeping me updated. Highly recommended!
