Update: I have tried contacting the person who responded to my review via email and haven't heard anything from them. Must just be trying to keep up an appearance of caring. This place basically scammed me in 2022 I was dumb and partly to blame but they do market adjustments and tell you one thing then another. I took my truck in this spring to have a fog light and bumper sensor repaired on a new 24 Tacoma OR. In the process of repairing my truck they put my fender well back together incorrectly causing more damage to my truck than before. Additionally the fix on my bumper sensor failed too. At this point I reluctantly took it back into have it repaired again. They fixed the fender well, although the flares still pop out of place which they didn’t before this experience, and the sensor.
