I can't really offer a rating for the entire place, but I can give you a rating for one of their employees. Mr. Henderson who works the front desk there is top notch! He is friendly, knowledgeable and very good at his job. The residents who came or went while I was there all interacted with him like they were old friends. His open, eeasy-going demeanor was obvious, as was his love for his job and the residents of Preston Tower.
