I tried getting in contact with this company and all the phone number didn't match the the website. We have a friend who does home remodeling and the phone number he gave us a phone number and that one didn't work. We had a issue with the roofing they did on part of our addition. We have water damage in the ceiling of our sunroom. So after a month of trying we found a roofing company who came out and fixed the roof so we wouldn't get any more water damage. Not a man of his word. Bob was suppose to come back and do some touch ups. Been texting him each week, he kept promising to come over. I guess he already got his money so he doesn’t feel obligated to, since then he’s been ghosting us. Not very professional imo. If you want someone who doesn’t want to satisfy his customer then this company is the one for you.
My wife and I were in a difficult time sensitive situation. After almost losing our money (scammed) by two different roofing companies, I reached out to Bob. I explained to him that I received a letter from the insurance company, telling me that we had to replace our roof before Sept 15th. I would just like to respond to your response. You are well aware of the problems we encountered. Multiple messages/emails were sent to the owner, so, yes, you were contacted. BBB even said they contacted you because we filed a complaint through them as well. We were promised that your insurance would cover damaged property due to your crew not adequately tarping the roof when a storm came through.
