Firstly, they never answered the phone for my wife. She called four times and then ended up having to set the appointment up through Facebook Messenger. I got there and almost no lights were on inside, it honestly looked abandoned. The lady up front was very nice, but that’s where the niceness stops. My Dachshund was seen by two older (50+) men.
