If you can avoid this pharmacy and have Carrell Clinic send the prescription to your regular pharmacy, do it. An older man (Ken?) who works there (not the owner) has absolutely the worst customer service abilities. When I shared my experience with others who work at Carrell, they confirmed my concerns and that this was not a one-off experience.
