Both of our children see Dr. Clements and we've always had a wonderful experience. There is hardly ever a wait time, even with sick visits, and all of the staff are helpful and seem happy to be there. I recommend this practice to all of my friends!
I like all of the doctors at this practice. However, when I called to make appointments for my children today, the lady who answered the line sounded extremely annoyed and tired from the start of our conversation. I was calling to make regular yearly checkups for a few of my children, and perhaps I took up too much of her time. I needed to find out when they were last seen at the practice, since I didn't have that info readily available. It's a shame because the practice has great doctors.
