Preston does not care about the property owners. bob only cares about collecting a check. He has poorly written lease agreements, failure to notice of up coming renters during a pandemic, poor communication, failure to follow through with completing execution of contracts, unwilling to share his contact information, unwilling to help fix issues at the property, small medium or large. Like I said just a middle man riding his dads empire, collecting a check

Sorry we will have to disagree with your comments. We worked for Mr and Mrs Seaver for the better part of two decades. Over time we had many tenants your Mom was happy with. I’m sure she would agree. Covid has caused many changes this summer. Pleased with that we were able to resolve today’s rental for Pauline and your wife’s satisfaction. Wish you all the best. Bob
Don’t care about the safer of their renters. Unit 840B has a leaky oven and the owner won’t fix it. 2 weeks in a row renters had to call the fire department and he still won’t fix it. Buyer beware.
Renters Beware My husband and I arrived at Dune Cottage, 171 Ocean Drive, on August 18th 2012, excited to begin our beach vacation. Unfortunately the cottage we rented was not as well maintained as we were expecting.
