Albert is a very mean old man, extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional. He will go above and beyond to emotionally abuse and humiliate you, especially if you happen to be a woman and/or a foreigner. His replies to my emails made literally no sense. First, when you express interest in the apartment online, he sends you a myriad of non-relevant questions in large purple font (!) that will take you an hour to respond. The worst showing I have ever been to. Albert is very rude, gives off an extremely sketchy vibe and seems disinterested in his job. We loved the property we looked at and really wanted to rent it but Albert was slow to reply to emails, thus not giving us any time to fill out an application before the property was rented. I'd stay away from these guys, and save yourself an uncomfortable and rude interaction.
