We've been here since July. The dishwasher still doesn't work right, we fight with roaches all the time even with pest control spraying, if my kid blow dries her hair in the bathroom we have to turn everything on the front part of the apartment off or the breaker trips. The dryer doesn't dry in one load, so we have to turn it on twice for 1 load unless it's only 3 or 4 articals of clothing. The toilet runs all the time, even though they "fixed" it. I lived in Preston Place. I was happy here. The washing machines in apt were a huge plus. However, my apt was broken into, mainly bc i was located in the back of the complex. I was one of several that this happened to. All repairs were done quickly. I had a hot water leak amd they came that day. They also fixed my door frame quickly after they had kivked it in. I had several falls due to a very uneven area in parking lot. This was the only thing that must not have been an easy fix so it might have been put in the to do pile ... read more
