Preston place apartments used to be a nice place until Fairfield management took over. Since they have taken over management they've had several different maintenance people. There are people smoking pot in the parking lots. People are roaming through the parking lots looking through cars. And now the breezeway and security lights on the building I live in have been out for over 2 weeks. The only answer they give you when you complain is it's a problem with swepco. RecommendedThis property was kept very well. That was my initial attraction, but the staff is very nice and familiar with all tenants more like family. During this pandemic, the property and staff worked with everyone to assure no one was on the street. Thank you Management and staff. God bless you all. Kelly Hullaby

love, love, love living at Preston place. I moved in a little over a month ago and have zero complaints. It's quiet, clean, affordable. Not to mention how helpful the office staff and maintenance guys are. It really is a hidden gem in Bossier.
Their are wasp coming from the chimneys. All throughout the fall, we have reported it to the office, pest control have came and it hasn’t done any good. The lady from the answering service is very rude, she told us to go buy wasp spray at 12am, she also went on to tell us we do not pay pest control to spray for wasp, and it’s a courtesy for her to send pest control out. Every time I see this guy he working hard. It’s raining yet he still doing his job
AC was always having problems, had trouble getting anyone out to fix it. Just overall terrible management.
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ great place to live. Very quiet not much noise even in pool area.
tires get slashed, whole wheels stolen, management does NOTHING!
