I had my receipt of purchase for a shower chair that was purchased 2 days ago and yes my husband did try it and it did not work for him. I am furious that they refuse to give me even a partial refund so I am out $85 for something we cannot use! I will never ever recommend them to anyone. There was absolutely no concern about the money I lost for something I cannot use.

My mom was visiting from out of town. I had to go in there to get her supplies and the young lady behind the counter was horrible treated me like trash. She just had surgery so wasn’t mobile. I almost want to try and file a lawsuit.. do not go here. I support small business but not them. It was disgusting

Highly recommended if you like to be treated like a valued customer and not feel like you are bothering the staff when stepping up to the counter (like at CVS and Walgreens). The staff is warm and friendly. I’m happy to give them my business and you should be, too. The post office is a bonus convenience; I’ve purchased and mailed greeting cards here in one stop.

bad customer service. They filled me in incorrect amount of medicine. They did not even bother to look what kind of quantities dr. prescribed and how many they supposed to deliver. Also, they never call if the medicine is ready even though they mentioned they will call you. No notification, nothing. Pharmacy process is bad.
