If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Preston peak has given me more difficulties than any other apartment I’ve lived in for the 7 years I’ve been in San Antonio and it will be my last apartment Because I will NEVER be subjected to the corrupt practices of apartment living. They let us waited for how many weeks. It’s really hard to get hold of their customer service representative. You have to call and ask for an update and will give you false reassurance that your application is ok. After few weeks they will ask for an additional documents which you already provided. And after that they will charge you with additional screening fee for 250???? All they want is money! Their customer service is poor!
