Do what you want here. No standards upheld at all. Loud music no problem, no mufflers on your car, no problem, fireworks welcomed. Management remains complacent no matter what company owns it at the moment.

The environment is well-maintained, and the management team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Lived here 12 years nice community clean and safe. Have had problems lately with black toxic mold and reconstruction along with parking problems. They towed my car in front of my apartment then painted the curb red and it cost me 610.00 bucks to get it back. How can you do this to low income people during construction. I can assure you that you will lose in court and I have the neighbors and pictures to prove it!!
They made me feel so uncomfortable while touring. They kept making faces at each other while I was looking at a unit. It made me feel so awkward, I would not rent here. I can’t believe how I was treated. Shame on you, you cant make faces at your other co workers and not expect people to see it…. And this is coming from someone who lived and worked in Newport Beach. Shame on you guys.
Bad experience. Don’t waste your time.
