Rating: 8/10 I’ve been living in this community for some time now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience. The environment is well-maintained, and the management team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I appreciate the sense of safety and care that comes with living here. Lived here 12 years nice community clean and safe. Have had problems lately with black toxic mold and reconstruction along with parking problems. They towed my car in front of my apartment then painted the curb red and it cost me 610.00 bucks to get it back. How can you do this to low income people during construction. I can assure you that you will lose in court and I have the neighbors and pictures to prove it!!
They made me feel so uncomfortable while touring. They kept making faces at each other while I was looking at a unit. It made me feel so awkward, I would not rent here. I can’t believe how I was treated. Shame on you, you cant make faces at your other co workers and not expect people to see it…. And this is coming from someone who lived and worked in Newport Beach. Shame on you guys.

There website boasts about parks...They’ve ripped them all out and sent us a letter stating that there are plenty of parks located within the city limits, close to bus lines. They REFUSE to fix the parking problem, and STILL want to put “violations” on your door if you have no other parking options. Residents pay a lot of money to live here, but looking at the community and how it’s cared for, You wouldn’t think so.
