Totally disappointed with your Service Dept., had an appointment for service, pulled into the service bay and no service advisor was there. Someone finally came out after about 15 minutes. After waiting in the waiting area they told me that the parts that my Nissan Frontier needed were not ordered as promised when I made the appointment. They told me that the repair would cost $600.00 more than the estimate they quoted me. Needless to say I will never come back to Preston Nissan for service.

I had a prior negative experience with Preston, many years ago. But the right car, and the right salesman brought me back to give them another chance. I’m so happy I did. Antonio and the manager over at Preston Nissan in Hurlock are top tier. Preston had the inventory we wanted to see based on price and color options. CJ Spence contacted us shortly after we inquired online. He sent us a video preview of the vehicle to show us the features before we drove an hour to the dealership. The video highlighted features we wanted that the stock photos did not. I won't go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle! CJ Spence is the best vehicle salesman I've ever dealt with! He is knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured.
