Update: Preston Mill responded to my review by addressing me as “Kaleb” and referencing a wife, a May 8, 2026 move-out statement, June 25/26 conversations, supporting photographs, and National Credit Recovery. None of that applies to me. This raises a serious concern that my account may have been confused with another resident’s account, or that the response was based on incorrect records. I moved here and do not regret my decision. The office staff is always friendly/helpful. Kimberly has always been a tremendous help and maintenance requests are quick to be resolved.
We have lived here for two years, and honestly, we really enjoyed living here at first. The property isn’t perfect, it’s an older community that was remodeled, but we understood that older buildings require more maintenance. Thankfully, the maintenance team USED to be fantastic. They were responsive, professional, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, things changed dramatically after management changed. Since Cori left, living here has become increasingly frustrating. We may or may not be moving here, we do not know yet! But I would really like to put in a good word for Crystalyn the lady who helped me and my roommate, she was honest, took her time, patient, and super friendly, and didn’t seem annoyed to help us at all! We came here our second time to get more information about apartments when one of our roommates backed out and she was more than happy to help us look at 2 bedroom plans the only downfall is they were much cheaper than a 3 bedroom.
