Love this place
I rarely write reviews, but given recent events, I feel compelled to share my experience. I was a resident at Preston Mills approximately three years ago, and only a few weeks ago I discovered an alleged “outstanding balance” reported to my credit related to rent and cleaning fees. This claim is completely unfounded. At the time of move-out, we were explicitly told that any and all outstanding fees must be paid in full before vacating the unit. Been here for over two years and it has been wonderful. Some residents have been here for over 5 years and they are like family. Leasing staff and maintenance staff are wonderful people.
Very prompt and does a great job.
What a wonderful community space. Love the little dog park as well
