Not just scammers, fraudulent business practices. Yo yo financing and finance fraud. BEWARE BEWARE!! We are in the middle of multiple institutions working on this case. Communication with their team has not been returned so our hands are tied. Meanwhile I have a loan for a car that is no longer in my possession. It is at their dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is the 3rd Jeep I have brought to Crown for service. The service is AWFUL!! They are very difficult to reach and when you do bring your car to them, they claim there are problems that don't exist. They repaired a defective passenger seat, when the car was brand new, and damaged the back of the seat in the process. This dealership is the stereotypical used car dealer.. they are scammers and liars..; They go so far to offer an additional fee hundred for “nitrogen filled tires”. News flash if your buying a Jeep and intended on going off road then airing up and airing down often negate this add on. Crown Dodge, and particularly S*** ****** are OUTSTANDING! You will likely not find a more competitive price or better value on a used vehicle than at Crown. S*** stayed on top of things with my sale, kept me apprised of what was going on with things (I purchased online, from 100+ miles away), and really made me feel as if I was in good hands. Worst dealership, stole performance parts from my vehicle while it was in for warranty work. Also damaged my vehicle and refuse to repair damages or replace stolen parts. Reported to Dodge corporate and was told that it is a dealership issue and they hung up on me.
Well i went in for the promotion that they are having. which was trade in your car pay off the loan you had to help you get into a new car .And then it turns out that they would not even do the promotion with me things were false when putting in my credit application. I called all week to try and get this problem fixed. All they would do was take my name and number so someone could call me back. I never got a call back. I think that they are no good trying to just get money from people. I think that they’re liars and that they don’t care about anybody else they all they want is that sale? I bought my vehicle in March 2023. Mind you it wasn’t necessarily their brand but bought the vehicle.
