This was the worst experience at a doctors office. I can accept that he had to cauterize my nostril 4 times, but the attitude in the office was appalling. The check in was ridiculous, 5 people standing around chatting while there was a line of us to check in. Check out was worse when they repeatedly called me by another patients name ( after I corrected her) going so far as to make my next appointment using the incorrect name and diagnosis. Emory has really gone downhill.

Dr. Imhof is okay, but I would recommend Dr.Shaw and her nurse practitioner over this office.

I have never left a review of an experience at doctor ever. I left this appointment with even fewer answers as to why I have had ongoing issues. While Dr. Imhoff did a procedure to rule out any serious conditions, he was unable to answer most of my questions. My biggest issue is that he mentioned “God” as a reason why our bodies function the way they do. He told me to drink water and stop taking some of my other medications but had very few suggestions as to what might provide me relief. He never even looked in my ears or li... read more

Dr. Imhof is the best! I've been to many ENT doctors over the years, and many of them were very good -- but Dr. Imhof outclasses them all. Very knowledgeable, caring and accessible. I can not recommended him more highly!

Yesterday was my first visit. This by far is the worst Doctor I ever been too. He told me to Drink plenty of water, not to clean my ear, A clean ear is worst than having wax in it.get a nasal spray over the counter. Never check my glands to see if they was swollen.... My ear still hurt can't breathe out of my nostril.... There need to be something less than 1 star. I have been too a lot of Doctors in my life time, This Diagnostic !!!! Total Shocked me.
