I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at preston Hyundai showroom. I brought my car in for an engine replacement, which was approved by Hyundai. While I appreciate that the engine replacement was completed, I noticed several issues when I received my vehicle back. There is visible damage to the hood and the front bumper that was not present before the repair. In addition, parts of the front bumper support (retainer) are missing. Me and mom had an amazing experience and everyone was more than helpful and very kind! Joshua sold me my vehicle I walked in hoping to leave with a 2025 or a 2026 and he went above and beyond to make that possible including his colleagues. The atmosphere and the hospitality is definitely top tier! Whenever I want another vehicle I will be coming back and requesting Joshua!
I would have to say so far this has been the worst service I have ever had. My vehicle has been there for a week. Every time we speak to someone we get a different, conflicting story from the last. So either nobody there knows what they are doing or we are being lied to. They went from: they made appointment on Saturday, they don't have a tech on Saturdays to do what we need.
