Exceptional Customer Service at the Parts Department. Extremely Satisfied. A+
Sold me a brand new Colorado and in less than 24 hours it had a complete brake failure that they were aware of before they sold it to me. I went to stop at a red light and the truck kept going. They were completely aware of the brake issue before they sold it to me but did not tell me until after the sale. They are fighting a return of the truck, even though it has been less than 24 hours. This dealership is unwilling to help repair a transmission on a 2018 Silverado with only 130,000 miles, and they won't work with GMC to help with repairs. There are acknowledged issues with 2016-2018 Silverados, Tahoes, and Yukons' transmissions. I understand from the Service Manager that there are issues with the new Silverados' engines as well. DO NOT buy here.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Service had my vehicle for over a week before I received any status communications. A call every other day to let me know the current status would be very much appreciated. I had no idea what was going on with the vehicle.
