This dealership is sending clients out with unsafe vehicles without the courtesy of letting them know of mechanical issues which can lead to life threatening accidents. I purchased a used 2022 vehicle from them for 41K. Within 1 week of purchase the total brake system was replaced by a reputable firm that could not believe I was not told of the results of their inspection that took place when they took the car in on trade.
Bait and switch tactics. Advertise Presto price online. Online manager adds $3500 to price of vehicle. Doesnt honor online price stating online is incorrect and not updated. Online Presto price continues to be advertised and not updated. This is illegal. Bait and switch.
Just got a 2018 Honda Accord, after making the deal they got me a better finance, so they sold me a warranty that should be included, but the get you by saying we got you a better rate and you get the warranty for the same price, so you over pay for the car that they knew they could get you a better rate in first place, then when all done, I go to leave only one key fob, the vehicle I traded had two I was told they’ll look for it but they can’t give me one from parts because they took a loss on the car, typical car dealersh... read more
I just bought a 2018 Honda Accord, we made the deal with a payment said if we get better rate it would be lower, who doesn’t want that, well the got better rate so they sold me a wrap warranty, that should have been on the car anyhow and made it look like the saved you money, so I paid more for the car. My trade had two key fobs, after done with paperwork went to leave only one fob was told they would look for it but they won’t give me new one from parts because they lost money selling me the car lol I guess that why they ca... read more
