I wish I could give this apartment complex zero stars. Our garbage disposal leaked into the lower cabinets and surrounding walls creating mold. After reporting concerns for potential mold, it was not confirmed or thoroughly removed until a month later when the third party mold company was finally brought in. The continued mold exposure caused us to remain sick for a month with symptoms consistent with mold toxicity. On top of this management is frustrating to work with and the elevators never work. Terrible mgmt support. Had been questionable dealing with service issues like replacing light bulbs timely, elevators not working on the regular and now payment issues. Too much!
**The Douglas** Pros: (1) Amazing maintenance staff. Always quick to address requests, and super nice people. (2) The units are very nice, although I feel the price stems more from the location rather than the apartments themselves. (3) The hallways were also cleaned regularly, and the trash rooms never overflowed. (4) A majority of the residents are so nice and neighborly. That was the best part! The lady at the leasing office with glasses is rude and dont know how to do her job at all. She do not gather information to fulfill needs on all ends
