This place isn't terrible compared to others I've seen, but don't let the high rent fool you... it’s far from “fancy.” Pros: Solid concrete construction: you won’t hear your neighbors. High ceilings gives it a spacious feel. Security patrols the property all day every day, 24/7. Maintenance is very responsive (except for elevator issues, this sucks so much I can't stress this enough). Staff is generally polite and helpful. Excellent location. Cons: Elevators are a disaster.
