Jason Alva was my apartment locator and I don’t know how I would’ve done it without him. Moving for work to a city I’ve never even been to, Jason made the process easier than I could’ve ever expected. He knows the area, listens to you and what you want, and goes to work on it. He’s communicable, friendly, and a joy to view apartments with. I’d recommend him to anybody needing assistance with finding the perfect place in Dallas to live. Don’t hesitate to call him you won’t regret it.
The elevators are a nightmare but it’s a nice place to live overall
Living in this building, I was sick 90% of the time, I remember we saw molds in the apartment but they covered it up with paint. I couldn’t figure out why I was sick, until later when we realized it was the molds. I hope you guys can do better. I still deal with the allergic reaction till today.
I went in this past Saturday for a showing. Jayla Dickerson provided an excellent experience. She was knowledgeable, charming, patient, and professional. I love The Douglas building and overall layout of the property. My only suggestion is that you all add Children’s Medical center as an employer of choice given its close proximity to the property.
Quite possibly the nicest Apts in the entire city with a great built-in community of restaurants and a grocery store. Thank you Jacob for showing me everything. I’ll be in touch.
