We absolutely love living here. From the moment we first walked into the building, it just felt different. It’s incredibly beautiful, but what really makes it special are the people. I lived there for 5 years. Place is being run into the ground by the new management company. Bottom line is that the tenants are simply a tool for the company's bottom line. They do not care how long you have lived there and whether or not you were a great tenant. They will not work with you on your lease renewal and should you decide to move out, you have no power to negotiate whatever fees they want to impose even if the issues were not your responsibility.
