Kurt and his team were absolutely incredible. We had a sewage grinder issue that lasted over five weeks, and he provided his personal number and was extremely responsive Anytime we needed a short notice pump. He also very clearly tried to go out of his way to ensure we were not over spending, even when it would've helped his own pocketbook to let us do so. Was also more fairly priced than some other local options. Can't say enough about this company and Kurt!!

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Kurt was able to come out asap to pump our sewage ejector pit. He was super communicative and friendly and knowledgeable and clean too!! Very efficient and also the best price quote we got I’d recommend this company to anyone else who has to dispose of waste

I've been using Preston Heckler for several years now and I can't believe I'm just now writing a review. This company has been rock solid servicing my home annually and they have never let me down. Kurt is always a pleasure to chat with, but works comes first and he gets the job done in a timely manner. He's never been late and always a professional. If you want a company that will always be there when you need them and charge you a fair price, Preston Heckler would be hard to beat!
