Excellent service and communication. Appreciated Kurt’s patient education as well given this is our first septic system to maintain. Will use Preston Heckler in the future.
Kurt was friendly and informative. He answered all my questions and took his time to help me. Great service. Thank you!
Kurt and his team were absolutely incredible. We had a sewage grinder issue that lasted over five weeks, and he provided his personal number and was extremely responsive Anytime we needed a short notice pump. He also very clearly tried to go out of his way to ensure we were not over spending, even when it would've helped his own pocketbook to let us do so. Was also more fairly priced than some other local options. Can't say enough about this company and Kurt!!
