The after sale is a nightmare!!! First sending your customers straight into a MINIMUM of a 10 minute call hold is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I call to try to get my issue resolved I go on hold. Once I finally get transferred to someone I usually get their voice mail and leave a message that they don't return. At this point I am so frustrated with Preston ford and the communication that I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
