The after sale is a nightmare!!! First sending your customers straight into a MINIMUM of a 10 minute call hold is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I call to try to get my issue resolved I go on hold. Once I finally get transferred to someone I usually get their voice mail and leave a message that they don't return. At this point I am so frustrated with Preston ford and the communication that I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. RecommendedSteve C. was great!! He worked with us during this pandemic. He drove our potential new SUV to our house (2 hours round trip), let us see if we even liked it! Bob in financing then helped us get great deals and have everything completely set up for us so when we came in that night it was quick and easy process!! highly recommend them!
Excellent experience. Bob,Mike and Henry are the very best at what they do. Got us in a great car for a great price. It’s nice to know there is a dealership out there that still go that extra mile. It means a lot to know we are treated as a valued customer and not just a number. Will definitely be a return customer.

Mike Burton and staff are awesome! Mike listened to what I wanted and needed and made it happen for me ! Everywhere else I went wouldn't even try to get me where I wanted to be ! Will def purchase again from Denton Ford !!!
