Dr seemed to be telling others and myself of an eyelid infection handout must be the go to and a quick re book for another large amount of money. Really frustrating when I was following instructions and with no luck, not very supportive or caring with diagnosis. Looking for another specialist.
The doctor seemed disinterested in the specifics of my case, offering only a general diagnosis and a generic handout detailing a treatment plan. He was also distracted by his phone during the consultation. My condition worsened almost immediately after my appointment, which meant I had to return the next day. I wasn't confident in the explanation given for this, so sought a second opinion elsewhere. Will not be returning.
The doctor here discovered an eye problem that has caused me to lose sleep for many years. Wait times were relatively short. Nice calm office and all staff professional.
