This place is not a good place to live. Caution that the manager is wickedly evil and displays racist behaviors, allows the maintenance person in your rental with out proper authorization just looks for problems. Currently she is trying to put her family in to some of units and kicking out people who have been there for years that have disabilities and are on Section 8 knowing what the housing market is at today has zero compassion. I have been living at that in place when it was named mountain shadows. I moved in 2008. This year is 2023 the new owners she didn’t like me because I was on the Housing program. She judge me for that she had made all my years here a living hell she was wanted all housing residence out . Whe upgraded all homes instead of mine.She wasnt going to upgrade my appliances until I live. I have mental illness and she has increased it to where I needed to get my medicine change when she gave me a notice out of the blue for me to leav... read more
