Friendly staff and very clean place.
Well as far as Mr Rutherford goes, he was very thorough, friendly and professional to deal with. The front desk, well one could improve. When I completed my online form for my upcoming appointment a couple of months ago, I attached and believed I uploaded my referral, completing the online form correctly. On the day of my appointment I'm asked If I had my referral. No I replied as I uploaded it. I'm advised, not we didn't get it. I advised that I uploaded it.
