Well, sadly after reading all these reviews it's clear Preston dental either doesn't read them or just don't care that all negative reviews are almost complaining of identical issues & considering I've been a patient of there's over a year they haven't made changes to correct any of these issues. I'm still waiting on my new set of teeth. The first time I called for an appointment they couldn't even get me in for 4 months for the 1st appt. just to examine me. Hands down, best experience every time I've seen Dr. Preston. Him and his staff are absolutely amazing and care for my teeth like no other. I've been coming to Preston Dental over a year. From cleanings to extractions to fillings to implant...yea...I won't go anywhere else. Keep up the great work Preston Dental!!!!
I had 3 fillings and the dentist will not speak to you before he starts giving shots. Him and the assistant will stop to glance at the TV while in the middle of the procedure. When I left all of the surrounding gums were bleeding from how rough he was. My tounge was bleeding from being cut with something! He was irritated and was throwing tools during the procedure. I was really impressed with how quick they did my filling. I didn't feel a thing including the numbing needle. Everyone that works here is extremely nice
