I have visited Preston Dental several times - but I will not go back. He told me my daughter had 4 cavities, she has never had a cavity in her life, so I took her back to her pediactric dentist for him to check her, she had no cavities. I went to him this week for a root canal, what a mistake, I ended up in the HOSPITAL with accute air socket infection. Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

wonderful dentist and staff!! They made me feel so comfortable, and i am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist. They showed me a video that explained and illustrated the procedure i was there for. All my questions and concerns were addressed, I will be sending my family and friends for sure.!

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? No, they didn't last more than a week Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
