I've heard a lot of bad things from friends that have lived there.
The money you save by moving there will cost you in the end when they charge you for things you weren't responsible for when you move out. Stay away.

A great team here at Preston Court. Michele (sorry I misspelled name on first post), is friendly and always willing to listen. Michaela takes time to deal with my request for receipts. I love our efficient maintenance team, Gabe (whose wealth of knowledge always impresses me), Brandon and Obie keep things running smoothly. Quick response from all for whatever question or issue that occurs. A good choice if your looking for an apartment home In Overland Park.
Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is the same and also very efficient. work orders are typically taken care of within the same day.
Wonderful staff, a willingness to help you with anything. Very nice people 👍
