Not sure what the issue is with the service department at this place. I put in a request to come in and get my Ram Truck Serviced and multipoint inspection done. Check engine light was on and came back with an active shutter module error. While waiting for the truck, 6 hours at the dealership, no call, no text, and my advisor Andrew didn’t come back with any updates. I can't begin to express how professional, understanding and just all around humble John in service is. Working in this industry just about 12 yrs. now, hands down 100% satisfaction. Going above and beyond doesn't even express how down to earth and just simply making sure all my needs were met. He even surprised me, dropping my Grand Cherokee off to me at work. THANK YOU JOHN!!
