Drove up early in the morning from the DMV area to trade in my car for a brand new JGC. I was greeted with incredible professionalism from start to finish. Troy, Zach, Coach Lee and Eric were PHENOMENAL! Stellar service! Come up and check em out! 💫
They ran my credit before i even decided i liked the car.They told me it was gonna be a soft pull pre-approval and it was Not!.The manager went against his own salesman in front of me. Which totally turned me off. I found him to be boisterous arrogant and disingenuous.It was Not Ia good experience and I would definitely Not reccommend.
I just bought a car a week ago the check engine came on. I took it back to the dealership just for one of the workers to express the only thing they are going to do is reset the code and not actually check the engine. If this is how their business is conducted I would highly recommend not buy a car from them. At least the worker was honest since this company isn’t.
We worked with Eric the sales manager as well as Aaron. My family and I were in a pinch and really needed a miracle and Eric worked that miracle for us!! He was beyond patient and kind and very knowledgeable when asked ANYTHING. Aaron was absolutely amazing as well. He had plenty of patience during this grueling process.
