Had a great experience with the staff at Preston! Jesse was great to work with, and made sure I was taken care of from the beginning! They also did right by me with the price of the mini van, and met my expectations all around!! :)
Everyone was great! They worked together to get me where I wanted to be, and in the vehicle I wanted! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to check them out if your in the market for a new vehicle.
This place is absolutely horrendous! My truck has been there for 3 weeks and I was told a week and a half ago my parts were there then that I was gonna get my truck back last Wednesday for them to not even have gotten my truck into the shop! Then I'm told they're waiting on a part that's national backorder so it could buy them more time! I have been lied 2 over and over by the entire staff! They're doing absolutely nothing to fix it or make it right! I will post a 1 star review daily until my truck is fixed if I could give 0... read more
