Going back for a recall repair, they went forward with the repair and cracked the flex pipe. They 'don't fix flex pipes' there, which means it's now another appointment with another dealership, neither of which I want to do or have the time to do. Recall repair should not have been completed if it was going to mess the vehicle up.
I am extremely disappointed with this service center. Took my car in for a diagnostic and was told that the cost of repairs would be covered under the extended warranty. Made arrangements to find transportation and took it back. It wasn’t until my car was torn apart was I informed that my extended warranty had expired.
