Terrible waste of time! Call them because of a recall notice I received in the mail on my Jeep grand Cherokee. Drop the vehicle off the night before for an 8 AM appointment for three recalls at 4:30. I frantically called them and wanted to know if my vehicle was ready after numerous calls all afternoon when I went to pick it up the person who handed me the paperwork told me that one recall wasn’t complete and that I needed to call in and make another appointment to finish it so I said well I need to have it inspected.
